I’m a board-certified pediatrician based in Lincoln, Nebraska.
I founded Frontier Pediatric Care, the first pediatric DPC clinic in the state.
I care for over 600 children and families through a relationship-first, modern care model.
I’m a husband and father of six amazing kids.
I believe tech and touch can work together to deliver better care.
I built my office from scratch, including assembling the furniture myself.
I love helping other practice owners launch, grow, and streamline their clinics.
My areas of focus: branding, patient experience, team leadership, marketing, and CRM systems.
I finish work by 4:30 PM most days and I’m proud of that.
My practice offers home visits, autism evaluations, and behavioral health services.
After nearly a decade in a high-volume, fee-for-service practice, I started to feel the pressure that so many physicians know too well—long hours, rushed appointments, inbox overload, and barely enough time to breathe, let alone lead.
I loved caring for families, but I knew there had to be a better way to practice medicine, one that honored both my patients and my personal life.
So I took the leap into private practice.
I reimagined what care could look like: fewer layers, more connection, and systems that actually support the physician-patient relationship. I swapped constant admin and burnout for meaningful care, clear workflows, and margin in my day to be present for my team, my family, and myself.
Now, I help other practice owners do the same, whether they’re just starting out or trying to reclaim the practice they’ve already built.
Now, I help other private practice owners by sharing what I’ve learned—from branding and websites to CRMs and content strategy, so they can build smoother, more fulfilling practices, too.
I also run the Practice Growers Guild and offer private coaching and workshops to help practice owners launch and grow with clarity, not chaos.
