I started my private practice because I wanted to provide amazing care and have a life outside of my work. But the path wasn’t always clear, and doing it alone was tough.

Now, I help other practice owners find clarity, simplify their operations, and build practices that serve both their patients and their lives.

I’m a pediatrician in Lincoln, Nebraska. After nearly a decade as a partner in a successful fee-for-service practice, I made the leap to open Frontier Pediatric Care —the first pediatric Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice in the state.

I love teaching and working alongside other practice owners who want to build something better. Through training and consulting, I help clinicians scale with systems, improve their marketing, strengthen their teams, and lead with purpose. My specialties include marketing, time management, and building teams.

And outside of work? I’m a husband and father of six, which means I understand firsthand the need to build a practice that fits into your life, not the other way around.
